Do I need a Doctor’s Prescription for treatment?

Yes, a prescription for treatment is required for services to be covered under your insurance. They can fax the prescription to 817-741-2778 or email to allprorehabilitation2@gmail.com. If you need help getting the prescription we are happy to help.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat the entire body. We are train in many different modalities.

What types of health insurance do you accept?

We accept most insurances. We are not in network with Medicaid and Medicaid plans. We can check your specific plan if you would like. Give us a call with your insurance information and we will get you all the needed information.
